Why We Started Hairsauce
Hairsauce was started by Joel P., co founder of Rogue & Beyond, because the products in the market did not match how we actually work behind the chair. Most styling products were either too greasy, too stiff, too artificial, or too difficult to wash out. They made hair look styled, but not lived in. Not effortless. Not real.
As barbers, we needed a product that allowed movement, texture, and control, without killing the natural character of the hair. Something clients could actually use at home and still look like they just walked out of our chair. When we could not find it, we decided to create it ourselves.
Hairsauce Texture Balm, our first hero product was born from three years of research, testing, and refinement. Every ingredient, every texture, and every level of hold was designed with intention. Smooth in the hands, lightweight in the hair, firm but flexible in hold, and easy to wash out.
