Refund Eligibility
We accept refunds within 7 days of purchase, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
To qualify:
• The refund request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
• The product must be returned with at least 80 percent of the contents remaining.
• Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or returns.
Non Refundable Cases
To ensure hygiene and product integrity, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if:
• The product is more than 20 percent used.
• The request is made after 7 days.
• The product has been damaged, altered, or misused.
Refund Process
• Once the product is returned and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
• Shipping costs are non refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please request a refund within the 7 day period and place a new order.
