Why we moved beyond sea salt
Sea salt sprays work because salt can absorb moisture and increase friction between individual strands of hair. That gives hair the roughness and grip that creates the familiar beach-hair effect.
Sometimes, that's exactly the look you want.
But when you're styling your hair every day—especially if your hair is already dry, fine, chemically treated or regularly exposed to heat—we wanted another approach.
Wonder Mist was developed to give hair grip without making excessive dryness the objective.

Hydrolyzed corn starch helps create body, texture and styling control without the heavy feeling of traditional styling products.
Betaine and glycerin are humectants that help attract and retain moisture, supporting a softer feel.
Hydrolyzed wheat protein helps condition and reinforce the hair surface, while panthenol supports moisture retention, softness and manageability.
Together, they allow us to create something that sits between a traditional texture spray and a modern pre-styler.
