Refund & Return Policy

At Hairsauce, we want every customer to enjoy a product that truly works for them. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and fair return process.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
• Eligible when customers do not like the product or feel it does not work for them.
• Product must be returned with at least 70 percent of the contents remaining and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non Refundable Items

• Items damage due to misused.
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
• Promotional or free items.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non refundable.

Exchanges

• If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
