A hair maestro with more than two decades of experience in the hair industry. Having spent his career in Los Angeles and Singapore helping people look and feel their best, Joel saw a recurring problem: most styling products were either too heavy, too greasy, or left hair looking stiff and unnatural.

Believing that great hair should move naturally and feel effortless, Joel set out to create products that challenged the conventions of traditional styling products.
